This month, Care Compass Collaborative was joined by three HRSN service providers: Women’s Opportunity Center, Tioga County Rural Ministry, and Ujima Hunger Coalition. Each organization provided an introduction into what they do as well as an overview of the HRSN services they will be providing the Social Care Network (SCN). CCC also provided an update on the network, upcoming SCN County-level meetings, and information on the HERO. This meeting was recorded on August 21, 2025.
