Grant Services
As a regional convener Care Compass Collaborative (CCC) and the partner organizations working with CCC have the positioning and capabilities to convene large-scale, multi-entity grant initiatives, which is often the make-up of larger federal grants. Having this capacity helps draw more federal grant funds to the Southern Tier to sustain essential services, expand program offerings, and strengthen infrastructure.

CCC Led Applications
For large-scale grant opportunities that require regional collaboration, CCC will facilitate the development and implementation of multi-entity, cross-sector applications. CCC will provide the administrative and back-office support required to secure and manage regional grant initiatives while partnering with different organizations to provide direct services to the community.
CCC Supported Applications
CCC offers a variety of specialized services that can benefit partners with applying for and implementing grant funded projects. Examples include: data management, IT support, Project Management, and various other forms of grant support. CCC can support partner led grant applications as a sub awardee or a vendor to the grant project as applicable to the scope of work.
