Care Compass Network conducted a survey in mid May/ June 2021 to better understand thoughts regarding accessing your personal care medical information.
Key Findings:
- Overall, most respondents (86%) feel they received all the information needed in regard to their healthcare.
- Respondents were asked how they access their medical information, and most said they primarily use an online portal. Other responses were calling the provider’s office to obtain or they left the office with the information they need.
- On a scale of 1 to 5, respondents rated their comfort level with using an online portal as a 4.36.
