During the SCN Stakeholders Meeting, Care Compass Collaborative provided updates on the HRSN Transportation service, overall SCN performance, and shared information on the CBO HRSN Working Capital Program. CCC was also joined by three HRSN service providers – Catskill Center for Independence, Gerould’s Professional Pharmacy, and American Nutrition Alliance – who share information on their organization and what services they will be providing within the network.
