Care Compass Collaborative convened stakeholders together and provided program updates on the Social Care Network. They were also joined by Broome County Council of Churches and the American Civic Association to provide an overview of their organization and what services they will be providing in the SCN. Madison Menkevich from the American Lung Association joined CCC and discussed their Home-Based Asthma Services Training sessions. CCC also provided an overview of the member satisfaction survey that is in development as well as an update from NYS regarding the sustainability of the Social Care Network program.
