Care Compass Collaborative (CCC) convened stakeholders from across the region and provided a brief overview the 1115 waiver extension and SCN performance updates. CCC was also joined by the Children’s Home of Wyoming Conference, GloryShines, and Cozy Mental Health who shared information about each of their organizations and the work they are doing with the Social Care Network.
