Care Compass Collaborative held a stakeholders meeting in February to discuss the revised requirements for the Conflict of Interest Policy, as well as provided additional information on the enhanced HRSN capacity building RFA, social care plans in Unite Us, and a general overview of the status of the Social Care Network.
