This month, Care Compass Collaborative was joined by Foodnet Meals on Wheels, Life Choices Center, and St. John’s Community Services. Each organization provided an introduction into what they do as well as an overview of the HRSN services they will be providing the Social Care Network. Attendees also heard from, SCN Director, Dawn Sculley who provided an update on the SCN. This meeting was recorded on July 17, 2025.
