During a March Social Care Network stakeholders meeting, Care Compass Collaborative provided an overview of the network composition as well as updates in regard to network performance. CCC also invited a representative from Nutrition 4 Good (SCN Service Provider) to speak with the group and share some information about who they are and what they do.
