Care Compass Collaborative provided updates on overall SCN performance and the breakdown of screening by county. CCC was also joined by four HRSN service providers – Tioga Opportunities, Mothers and Babies Perinatal Network, Village at Ithaca, Human Services Coalition of Tompkins County, and Catholic Charities of Chenango County- who shared information on their organization and what services they will be providing within the network.
