Care Compass Collaborative convened stakeholders together and provided program updates on the Social Care Network. They were also joined by VINES to provide an overview of their organization and what services they will be providing in the SCN. Rebecca Rathmell, an Independent Consultant in the Housing Sector, provided a high-level overview of available Housing Support Resources throughout the Southern Tier.
