Care Compass (Care Compass Collaborative) recently announced that it was awarded the Social Care Network (SCN) lead role for the Southern Tier Region which includes Broome, Tioga, Tompkins, Otsego, Delaware, and Chenango Counties. During an August 22, 2024 virtual webinar, Care Compass Collaborative provided updates related to the SCN.
