Care Compass Network is pleased to announce that Robin Kinslow-Evans has been hired as Chief Transformation Officer. In the highly evolving landscape of Medicaid reform and value-based care, Robin will help Care Compass champion a transformation roadmap that helps guide Care Compass and its stakeholders through continued collaboration and healthcare reform. Additionally, this role will oversee the analytics functionality and integrate the Care Compass data capabilities to inform transformation and strategy-related programs.
Mark Ropiecki, Executive Director of Care Compass Network remarked “Robin is a familiar face at Care Compass and will immediately be able to impact the important work we do.” In 2014, Robin worked as the Interim Executive Director for Care Compass Network and helped form the organization under the initial DSRIP 1115 waiver, at which time she worked full time as the VP of Strategy for UHS. “Robin’s insights, experience in the local market, and thoughtful approach to planning and building community consensus on large scale innovation is first class,” Mark added. “Our team is excited to work directly with Robin and offer creative solutions that target to improve access, quality, and cost of care locally.”

Robin recently retired from Guthrie Lourdes where she worked as Chief Strategy Officer. Previously she held roles as the VP of Strategy for UHS and previously worked as the Business Development at Bon Secours Charity Health System. Robin has an MS in Program Evaluation from Hahnemann Medical College.
